Another day has come and gone. Things are looking the same with Jonah. We rest in the Lord and trust His perfect plan. Scott and Amy continue to treasure the hours with their precious son. Hebrews 13:5 says, " I will never leave you nor forsake you."
I am filled with love for Jonah, Scott, and Amy but I am out of words.
God's word says this, "Rejoice always, Pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." 1 Thess 5:16-17

The "two or more" has to do with church discipline. If Jonah does not live, it won't make God a promise-breaker (or a liar.) Our goal of prayer is always to bring about God's will, which may or may not match ours. Still we are to pray. I am also praying for a miracle, for God to "knit together" Jonah even outside of his mother's womb, for His glory, until or if He makes it clear that that is not His will. I am too am thankful for this blog.
I just left amy, scott and jonah last night, I have been with them since his birth. I have been changed by jonah's little life and am so blessed to have been able to meet him. I pray constantly for a miracle, but also for God's will. Already this little baby has touched so many lives for Jesus, I am thankful for that. Don't give up!
